Our Commitments

We hold and maintain confidential information in the strictest confidence. We restrict access to this information to employees, contractors, and third parties as is reasonably required. We will not, without prior written approval, publish, copy, or disclose this information to others.

Sharing Information

All information or material that is proprietary in nature (sample details, test data, test results, etc.) is considered confidential and is held securely. It is never shared with third-parties unless we deem it necessary to (a) comply with the law; (b) protect any person from death or serious bodily injury; (c) protect Aeroblaze’s property rights.

Exclusions

Confidential obligations do not extend to information that is (a) publicly known at the time of disclosure or subsequently becomes publicly known through no fault of our own; (b) learned by us through legitimate means other than from you; or (c) is disclosed by us with your prior written approval.

Retention

We retain records of lab testing for a minimum of ten (10) years in order to comply with certain regulatory standards. We can delete all personal information stored outside of our technical records upon request.
