Galaxy Foam

Galaxy Sew-Foam

Our popular Galaxy foam with a fabric backing for sewing under seat covers. The fabric layer acts as a light fireblocking layer to pass the stringent FAR 25.853(c) oil burn test requirements.

Hook & Loop Fasteners

Available in black or beige, and sew-on or sticky-backed. It is ideal for light-to-medium duty applications, such as adhering lighter weight panels or holding down seat cushions. The adhesive performs well on a wide variety of surfaces.

Lapyx Adhesive

Similar to the popular 3M 1357 adhesive. For professional use in transportation industry interiors. Intended for applications such as upholstery, headliners, panels, coverings, and trims. Excellent strength, sprayability, and resistance to water and heat.

Fire Retardant Zippers

A fire-retardant, continuous-chain #5-gauge zipper on Nomex fabric ("tape") for cushion and upholstery work.

A highly flame resistant polyurethane foam for transportation applications. It meets all flammability requirements for the Aerospace and Automotive industries. DAX is one of the few foams on the market capable of passing the stringent FAR 25.853(c) oil burn for seat cushion (fireblock) test on its own, without the use of a fire blocking layer.

Ensolite Foams

Ensolite IV1 and IV3 closed cell foams are designed for use in Aerospace, Automotive, and Marine applications. These foams have excellent resistance to oil, fuel, and water, and can be used in both indoor and outdoor applications. This foam is notable for its use as carpet padding, cushioning for seat components, or in headliners and sidewalls.
