If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

The term "Aeroblaze" or "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the website: Aeroblaze Laboratory Inc. The term "you" refers to you: the user or viewer of our website.

Proprietary and Confidential Information

Aeroblaze collects and uses the following information to provide, improve, and protect our Services:

  • ACCOUNT. We collect, and associate with your account, personal and professional information such as your name, company, email address, phone number, payment information, and physical address.
  • SERVICES. Any technical or unique functions performed by our laboratory or our contractors on your behalf is considered a Service.
  • INFORMATION. Any data or records we obtain from you (e.g. test plans, engineering drawings), are associated with your Account, or are created during the rendering of Services (e.g. test reports, photographs) are considered confidential Information. Confidential Information is always stored, processed, and transmitted through secure email, our secure Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), the United States Postal Service, or through other previously agreed-upon means.

Our Commitments

We hold and maintain confidential information in the strictest confidence. We restrict access to this information to employees, contractors, and third parties as is reasonably required. We will not, without prior written approval, publish, copy, or disclose this information to others.

Sharing Information

All information or material that is proprietary in nature (drawings, reports, test results, etc.) is considered confidential and is held securely. It is never shared with third-parties without your prior consent, except in the following scenarios: (a) to comply with the law; (b) to protect any person from death or serious bodily injury; (c) to protect Aeroblaze’s property rights; (d) the information is contained in a completed test report, and disclosure is made to a subsequent owner, operator, or successor-in-interest of the aircraft, component, or article that is the subject of the report, for purposes of establishing or maintaining airworthiness or regulatory compliance records; or (e) the information is billing or invoice information, and disclosure is made to our invoicing and payment processing providers as described below.

For disclosures under (a), (b), or (c), Aeroblaze will notify you of the information shared.

For disclosures under (e), we use QuickBooks Online, a product of Intuit Inc., to generate and manage invoices. For this purpose we share your name, company name, billing email address, billing address, and invoice details (including descriptions of the services purchased, amounts, and payment status) with QuickBooks Online.

Invoices may include a payment link. If you choose to pay using that link, your payment is processed by Intuit Payments Inc. and not by Aeroblaze directly. We do not receive or store your full payment card or bank account details. Information you submit to complete that payment is handled by Intuit and is subject to Intuit's own privacy policy from that point forward.

We do not share test data, test reports, engineering drawings, or other technical records with QuickBooks Online or Intuit Payments Inc.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

Exclusions

Confidential obligations do not extend to information that is (a) publicly known at the time of disclosure or subsequently becomes publicly known through no fault of our own; (b) learned by us through legitimate means other than from you; or (c) is disclosed by us with your prior written approval.

Retention

We retain records of lab testing for a minimum of ten (10) years in order to comply with certain regulatory standards. We can delete all personal information stored outside of our technical records upon request.

Website Cookies & Tracking

Technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags, and scripts are used to analyze trends, track users’ movements around our website, and to gather demographic information about our userbase as a whole. These analytics technologies do not track, collect, or upload any data that personally identifies an individual.

We also use strictly necessary cookies. Where we offer a signed-in account, a session cookie is used to keep you signed in and to keep your session secure. These cookies are required for the website to function, are not used for analytics or advertising, and are not used to track you across other websites.

Changes

We may revise this policy from time to time, and will post the most current version on our website. If a revision meaningfully reduces your rights, we will notify you.
